This picture is a certificate awarded to Mr Tan Onn Lock  from the Burmese Chinese Education Syndicate in the year 1917.

Mr Tan Onn Lock (1890-1981)  was a well-know journalist that had his career spanned over Rangoon, Fujian, Singapore and Taiwan for more than half of the last century.

It is believed that the middle signature on the left of the picture, under the President title, was one of Grandfather Yeo Cheow Kaw, here, signed as Yeo Teang Ann. He signed in Chinese, horizontally.
